Developed by Occupational Therapist, presenter and author Joanne Sherring. Used by therapists, coaches, teachers, disability workers and a range of other allied health professionals, the cards help identify strong interests in a persons life. The set includes: 50 Interest Cards and 15 Discussion Cards. Each interest card has a colourful and humorous animal image on the front. On the back is a list of examples for that interest area. Interest areas include social media, family, activities, individual fitness, art, reading, religion, community participation and socialising. The discussion cards help the facilitator to identify questions that may be useful to explore, eg. What interests make you feel energised? Why are conversations about interests helpful?
